Masuka Bina Sendirian Berhad (MBN), formerly known as Masuka Sendirian Berhad, was incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia on 25 September 1989 under the Companies Act 1965. The company subsequently underwent a name change to the current MBN on 21 February 1990. The company’s core business activities are in property construction and rental of plants and machinery. In 2009, it expanded its business venture into operation of concrete batching plants and production of ready-mixed concrete to construction sites in Penang.

MBN is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunza Properties Berhad (HPB).
